✨ This week, we were proud to host our Disability Awareness Training as part of our ongoing commitment to building capacity and inclusion across the Hall Green community.
Funded by Hall Green Neighbourhood Network (HGNN) and delivered by experts at New Training, the interactive three-hour session brought together professionals, community leaders, volunteers, and residents to explore how we can all help break down barriers and create truly inclusive spaces.
Participants left with practical tools to:
✅ Understand different types of disability
✅ Recognise rights and employer responsibilities
✅ Use inclusive language and communication
✅ Make real changes to promote equality and accessibility
Together, we’re working towards a community where everyone can thrive. 🌍💙
