Yesterday, Participants attended our Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Training, and it was a powerful reminder that protecting those most at risk is everyone’s responsibility.
Too often, signs of abuse or neglect go unnoticed — not because people don’t care, but because they don’t always know what to look for, or how to act. That’s why this training matters. It equips individuals and organisations with the confidence and skills to:
🔹 Recognise subtle warning signs others might miss
🔹 Respond quickly and appropriately when concerns arise
🔹 Challenge harmful practices and create safer spaces
🔹 Uphold the dignity and rights of every vulnerable adult
The discussions were honest, challenging, and inspiring. Together, we explored not only the policies and legislation, but also the human stories behind them.
Every participant walked away not just with a Level 2 certification, but with a renewed sense of purpose: to be a voice, an advocate, and a protector for those who cannot always protect themselves.
Thankyou Anita from St. Paul’s Community Development Trust for delivering a great session!
