We were delighted to host the Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF)
This course gave staff and volunteers from Hall Green community organisations the chance to deepen their understanding of mental health, build confidence in offering support, and explore practical ways to promote wellbeing in the workplace and beyond.

Zaheer shared: “The training was genuinely eye-opening! It gave me a better understanding of how to recognise when someone might be struggling with Mental Health and how to offer the right kind of support without feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what to say.
“The training was practical, relatable, and really broke down the stigma around mental health. I walked away feeling much more confident in how to help others and also more mindful of my own mental well-being. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.”
