This one-day CPD accredited course will cover the fundamentals of working with volunteers, managing the process of recruiting, processing and supporting volunteers in your setting.
The course will cover:

- Why people volunteer
- Good practice guidance and basic legal responsibilities
- Dealing with difficult situations and problems
- Celebrating success
