Hall Green NNS Delivers PHM Toolkit Workshop

25 November 2025

Today, Hall Green NNS, in collaboration with Smartlyte, welcomed local community assets to our Public Health Measurements (PHM) Toolkit Workshop, designed to build confidence and clarity around the new Public Health Measures required for NNS Grant reporting.

The workshop offered a practical walkthrough of the PHM Toolkit, breaking the process down into simple, manageable steps. Participants were guided through how to capture the outcomes and insights they already hold, in a clear and consistent way that supports both monitoring and storytelling.

We heard from Hamza at Aura Up, who shared a few insights into his experience using the PHM Toolkit in real-world delivery. He talked about how PHM has helped their organisation better understand the difference they’re making, and how simple adjustments to capturing information can lead to richer evidence of impact. His reflections gave attendees a relatable, practical example of PHM in action.

The session was well received, with attendees sharing feedback such as:

  • “This has been very useful.”
  • “A marvellous and informative session — the process feels far less daunting now.”
  • “Very useful and much simpler than expected.”

We’re delighted that the workshop supported local organisations to feel more confident in reporting their impact and continuing their vital work within the community.

Thank you to everyone who attended and to Smartlyte for their collaboration in delivering such an engaging and accessible session. We’re proud to support our local assets as they continue to deliver meaningful impact across Hall Green. 💚
