The Hall Green Neighbourhood Network Scheme (NNS) recently hosted our Celebration Event, bringing together residents, community groups, and stakeholders to highlight the strength and vibrancy of the Hall Green Constituency and the organisations we support. As part of the event, renowned visual artist and graphic facilitator Anna Geyer created a live drawing, capturing key moments in real time.
At the Hall Green event, Anna’s artwork evolved throughout the day, reflecting the energy, interactions, and shared experiences of attendees. Her vibrant creation served as a unique way to document the spirit of community in action, ensuring that the event’s impact extends beyond the day itself.
“It was wonderful to see how Anna’s live drawing brought our event to life in such a creative way. Her ability to translate conversations and emotions into visuals has strengthened the impact of the Celebration Event even more,” said Zaima Khaliq, Comms & Impact Officer at Hall Green NNS.
As part of our commitment to making the event interactive and engaging, we also introduced a creative feedback wall, where attendees could share their thoughts and experiences.
This was then artistically incorporated into a unique piece of artwork, transforming individual voices into a collective visual representation of the community’s experiences. This artistic feedback not only captured the event’s impact but also provided a meaningful and lasting way to showcase the power of community engagement.
