I am born, bred and live in Birmingham.
I have extensive experience of working with communities using a strength-based approach. My previous work background includes youth work, training, and education across all ages. I have been working on NNS for the last 7 years and have built great knowledge and rapport with brilliant community assets and groups across Hall Green.
I am passionate about community-based services for 50+ and younger adults with additional needs and or long term health conditions to ensure that citizens have access to networks and services locally in their communities.
My role includes appraising grants applications, capacity building and working with communities/ citizens and the Hall Green Adults Social Care Teams. I am pleased I have a great team to further build the fantastic work of NNS in Hall Green.

Natalie Tichareva – Hall Green NNS
Interim Partnerships and Community Connector (Younger Adults)
Hi everyone, my name is Natalie and at the end of February I joined the Hall Green NNS team as Interim Partnerships and Community Connector (Younger Adults). It’s great to be back working on the NNS project, in previous years I worked on the project in both Yardley and Edgbaston constituency.
Hall Green is a place that means a lot to me, I lived in the constituency for 5 years before moving away in 2023, so it’s great to be working in a place I care so much about. My favourite places in Hall Green include Cannon Hill Park, Moseley Bog, and both Ladypool Road and Kings Heath high street for their amazing cafes and restaurants.
I’m exited to get out and about and meet the great assets in Hall Green who are supporting younger adults with additional needs.
