Neurodiversity: Inclusion in Workplace

25 April 2025

As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering inclusivity and understanding within the Hall Green community, we are excited to extend an invitation to you for Neurodiversity Training.

In community organisations, we work with people from all walks of life—and every kind of mind. This session explores how to recognise and support neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other spectrum conditions.

Learn how to support and work with colleagues and employees with dyslexia, autism and spectrum conditions and ADHD/C. Participants will consider what is meant by ‘neurodiversity’ and how we can apply this to create inclusive work environments.

You’ll learn:

  • What neurodiversity means and why it matters in community settings
  • Common strengths and challenges faced by neurodivergent people
  • How to communicate in inclusive and respectful ways
  • Practical strategies to create safe, welcoming spaces for everyone

Whether you’re supporting clients, leading programs, or working on the front line, this training offers real tools to help you connect, include, and empower.
