The Hall Green Early Help and NNS team are lucky to have an amazing team supporting the work that we do across the constituency. To help you get to know them better here is an introduction to one of our colleagues – Thieba ‘Tibs’ Bibi.
Thieba works on the NNS project and has played a central role within the team going all the way back to 2018.
“My name is Thieba, also known as Tibs, and I work within the New Initiatives Team as part of the Hall Green NNS Team. My responsibilities include mapping community assets across the district of Hall Green, connecting and promoting their offers as well as engaging directly with assets/ key stakeholders and social work teams.
Outside of work I enjoy gardening, running/sports and I like connecting both with old and young people. I have a strong background in youth work and community work. A strange fact that you might not know about me is that I have a twin brother who’s not identical to me and no-one believes he is my twin!”
