Saiqa Hussain, our dedicated Partnership and Community Connector for Hall Green NNS, recently attended the Locality Partnership Network Meeting at Muath Trust, bringing together voices from across the voluntary and community sector.
🏥✨The focus was to Co-design what the new Integrated Healthcare Team model should look like in our neighbourhood.
Through collaborative discussion and rich picture group work, attendees explored the current state of health in our localities and shared ideas for what the new neighbourhood health hub should include—and how it should work for our communities.
🗣️ With facilitation from Koen Bartels (University of Birmingham) and contributions from potential clinical leads, this was an important opportunity to make sure community voices are central to healthcare transformation.
