Empowering Safer Communities Starts with Knowledge
We delivered our Health & Safety Awareness Training for community organisations in Birmingham’s Hall Green Constituency—and what a brilliant session it was!
With representatives from local groups and grassroots initiatives in attendance, we explored not only the legal responsibilities around workplace safety, but the real, day-to-day actions that help build a culture of care, vigilance, and wellbeing.

• Roles and legal responsibilities (employer and employee)
• Common causes of accidents—and how to prevent them
• Risk assessments and hazard identification
• COSHH: safe handling of hazardous substances
• Fire and electrical safety awareness
• Incident reporting: what, when, and how
• Manual handling best practices
• Safe use of equipment and materials
Participants gained practical tools and the confidence to support safer working environments—and left with a clearer understanding of their role in preventing accidents and promoting wellbeing.
